I have an issue with dealer supplied regular service and decided to use Auto Assets as I have in the past. This time it was a 20,000 mile service on our Mercedes. They did all the needed service and checked outa few other things I had concerns about. The price seemed fair and I walked away feeling good about the experience. We were very satisfied due to the superior customer service that the staff at Auto Assets has shown. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We brought in our Mercedes GL350 and our Nissan Rogue to Auto Assets for maintenance and every part of the service was detailed so we clearly understood what services were performed and what they suggested for the next service appt. The service appointment was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time so that we weren’t without our car for long. I was pleasantly surprised of how seamless the service appt. Went and much more efficient use of my time having it serviced by Auto Assets and there was also some value /savings over the Mercedes dealership. I would definitely return and have service performed again at Auto Assets.
